Q: I’m 48 and haven’t lifted heavy in 10 years. Will this break me?
A: No it won’t break you but you’re bound to feel muscle pain which is normal. The program starts at a slower pace and higher reps that rebuilds form and joint confidence before reps go down plates go up. Plus you get unlimited DM access to me—I’ll scale or swap anything you need.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Bare minimum: Barbell, adjustable bench, dumbbells, squat rack or power cage, cable machine, suspension trainer (TRX), sled Track (alternatives provided), cardiovascular equipment - Rower, Airbike, treadmill etc. This is essentially a “garage gym” setup. You could invest in some basic equipment to create a “starter stack”.
Q: I travel for work 2–3 days a week. Can I still do this?
A: Yes. Even a basic hotel gym will provide 90% of the equipment you need.
Q: How much time per day?
A: Ideally workouts can be completed in 45 to 50 minutes based on the effort to rest ratio. The first couple of weeks might take longer while you build up fitness and familiarity with the app. There are a minimum of 3 workouts a week with an optional 4th. The 90 Day Program also has a selection of additional 5 minute mini-workouts based on different goals. Most guys train at 5:30 am or 8 pm and still make school drop-off.
Q: I’ve got a bad lower back/knee/shoulder. Is this safe?
A: That’s literally why the mobility and pre-hab drills are built in. The program is designed to bulletproof the weak spots first. If something still hurts, DM me and we can look for alternatives.
Q: What happens after Day 90—do I lose everything?
A: Yes, PRIME is a 90-day sprint with a hard stop. You keep your manual and reps and weights are stored on the app but you lose access to the workouts. To keep new workouts, community, and my eyes on your form forever, slide into **Functional Muscle Monthly** at $25/mo. Functional Muscle Monthly is a slightly more advanced version of the base PRIME Program.
Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: I offer a 7-day “no questions” refund if you find the program isn’t for you. Outside of that, the only guarantee i can give you is that you will achieve nothing without sticking to the program and diet.
Q: Why only 10 spots?
A: Because I personally review every form video and answer every DM. Ten is the max I can coach at an elite level without dropping the ball.
